- Provide qualified individuals to support day-to-day network operations of your organization’s Local Area Networks (LAN) and/or Wide-Area Networks (WAN)
- Support various Network Operating Systems (NOS) such as Microsoft Windows NT, 2000 Novell, and Unix
- Provides on-going HelpDesk support including assistance with configuration of client-workstation’s hardware and software
